One of my teachers asked if I could help a first grader who was struggling with math, school, and life in general. Apparently the teachers had seen me doing just that thing with others and they were recruiting me to help. They saw in me a deep desire and ability to help others. Through life my love for mentoring/coaching has grown. For nearly 22 years professional mentoring and coaching have been a central part of my life’s work. Those years are filled with treasured experiences helping individuals and organizations take next steps towards their goals.
